I can't find the receipt from a payment I made

Solution

If you cannot find the email receipt from a payment made on VPS, take the following steps:

Check your spam folder. You can search for "vpspay" to quickly locate any receipt send by VPSpay.com
Check your email trash.

If you still can't find your receipt, contact the merchant you made a payment to. Your merchant can re-send your receipt.
