Lost Password - Can't Log In to Merchant Control Panel

Solution

If you've lost your password, you can have a new password sent to the email address that is associated with your user login.

To reset your password, click here and enter your email address. An email with a link to change your password will be sent to you.

Note: If you do not receive the email, please contact us by clicking "Create a Ticket" or by calling VPS.
